It is your gw.dat delete it and -image and let it sit overnight. Your gw.dat is corrupted.

Indeed, corrupted .dat file creates this, along with some other...interesting NPC effects. Delete the .dat file and redownload using the -image switch on your guild wars shortcut.

I get that sometimes when I minimize the window, leave for a bit, and come back. Everything excluding myself jumps around in movement. I'm not sure if that means a corrupt .dat file or not. It doesn't really affect your gameplay much, it just makes everything show up in weird positions.

No, the OP means jump as in they appear to be doing the /jump emote constantly, not jump as in "jump around" via lag/rubberbanding.
Yes, it is a .dat file issue

Its an awesome bug IMO, I had it where NPC's will start from about 10 feet behind their position, then run forward and jump into where the should be. Looks pretty cool.

But what does cause that? I also get that odd rubberbanding when leaving GW running for a while. Memory leakage? Server getting bored with no input? What??

I got this same problem on my old GW, but then I reformatted and -image downloaded GW again and it went away. Mine was only for the Krytan woman model (like the one walking around ToA or the dye trader in LA). However, it wasn't the /jump emote but the "spawn" emote (as she jumped out of the ground).
